Best Eki Stamp Notebooks

These are ones I’ve used myself and know will work well for stamping!

Moleskine Notebook

Moleskine notebooks are sturdy, with smooth pages and sewn bindings that don’t fall apart. They’re great for writing journal entries as well as stamping! You may see some ghosting on the pages but the ink shouldn’t bleed through.

Midori Traveler’s Notebook

My absolute favorite! This is a Japanese company that makes amazing notebooks and journals. This particular one is passport sized, which means it’s small enough to carry around in a pocket if you wanted.

If you want, you can visit the Traveler’s Notebook stores while in Japan!

Pencil Board

Okay, this isn’t a notebook– but it’s something you’re gonna want. A pencil board is a thin piece of plastic that you put behind paper before writing…or STAMPING! This’ll help your eki stamps come out clear and sharp, with little effort.

Other Eki Stamp Notebooks

These are very popular with some travelers but I haven’t used them myself. The covers are beautiful though!
